01 Who we are

Endrqx is published as an iOS app. This policy covers the Endrqx app and this website. For questions, use the address on the Support page.

02 What the app stores on your device

Endrqx does not create a cloud account and does not run a chat service. The following stay in app storage on your iPhone unless you export, share, or delete them:

• Endgame studies: piece placements, type, notes, pins (Not yet / Drilling / Held), and recorded plies.
• Optional board photographs you attach to a study, and optional voice notes you record on a study (recording only; the app does not transcribe speech).
• Plaza snapshots you publish or save on this device, including a local display name on posts you publish.
• Preferences: board square theme, notification switch, block list, saved snapshots, and reports you file.
• Endrqx Coins balance, and identifiers of in-app purchases Apple has already verified, so a pack cannot be claimed twice after you restore the workspace.

A generated solver name such as “Endrqx 9763” is derived on-device from a random local key. You can replace it with a display name of 2–24 characters.

03 Camera, photos, microphone, notifications

• Camera. Optional. Photograph a board from above so you can file the type and keep a crop with the study. You can decline and still type studies without a photo.
• Photo library. Optional. Import a board photo, or save an HD study card or GIF after you confirm an export. You can decline and still capture with the camera or keep text-only ladders.
• Microphone. Optional. Record a voice note on a study. Recording only; no speech-to-text. You can decline and type comments instead.
• Notifications. Optional 19:10 drill reminder. Each board also has Quiet / Remind. Parked (Held) boards are skipped. You can decline and use the desk without a bell.

The app does not use the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not collect an advertising identifier.

04 Plaza, reports, and blocks

Plaza is a shelf of finished study snapshots on this device. First visit asks you to agree to Community Guidelines. There is no chat, comments, follows, or meet-up feature.

• Publish. A snapshot you post is stored locally with your display name. After publishing it cannot be edited. You may delete your own posts.
• Report. You must choose a reason. A written note is optional. The report is stored in a local queue on your device, and that snapshot is hidden from your Plaza. Endrqx does not operate a live moderation backend in version 1.0.
• Block. Hides that author’s snapshots on your Plaza and Saved lists. Unblocking requires a second confirmation.

05 Coins and Apple purchases

Optional Endrqx Coins are sold as consumable in-app purchases through Apple. Apple processes payment. We do not receive your full payment card details. Coin packs unlock paid extras in the app (for example GIF, PDF, HD study card, copying a Plaza line to the desk, and premium square themes). Core study work — place, record, self-test, browse Plaza, rename, type, photograph your own board, and the five free square sets — does not require a purchase.

Welcome coins are granted once on this device. Clearing all data resets the local balance to the welcome amount; Apple transaction ids already verified stay so those packs cannot be claimed again.

06 What leaves your device

The app does not upload studies or Plaza posts to an Endrqx server. Information leaves the device only if you choose to:

• Save an image or GIF to Photos, or share a PDF with the iOS share sheet.
• Complete an in-app purchase with Apple.
• Open this Privacy or Support page, which loads from our website host.

This website is a static document. It does not set advertising cookies and does not require an account.

07 Children

Endrqx is a hobby study desk. We do not direct the app at children under 13, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and Plaza is not a children’s social product. If you believe a child has provided information in a snapshot, delete that post in the app or contact us using Support.

08 Your choices

• Decline camera, photos, microphone, or notifications and keep using the desk.
• Change or clear your display name in Me.
• Delete your own Plaza posts.
• Me → Clear all data (two confirmations) restores the original Plaza snapshots and starter studies. Identity used to skip duplicate Apple packs is kept.

09 Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how the app handles information, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes to Plaza rules may also require agreeing to guidelines again inside the app.
